Description
The official IDDSI Funnel is designed by IDDSI specifically to perform the IDDSI flow test to check that thickened drinks adhere to the prescribed level of thickness on the IDDSI Framework.
Compared to syringes, the funnel:
- has the correct dimensions required to perform the IDDSI flow test accurately;
- has the IDDSI drink thickness levels marked on the barrel;
- has a wider spout making it easier to load the drink to be tested;
- is more eco-friendly with no wastage of a plunger and is reusable and recyclable;
- is dishwasher-safe.
